Hands-on or Kinesthetic learning, stimulates our brain muscle to act through experiences, memories and even unconscious stimuli. The best example of this is if we get on a bicycle for the first time we will surely fall, but if we continue to climb on, little by little we will see that our body adapts with balance and learns to move with the bicycle without falling. This is kinesthetic learning.
